Site Director - Travis Skelton
Travis Skelton, in his 8th year with CKC, serves as the dedicated Site Director at Main Street since January 2021. His journey with CKC began as a Teacher's Assistant and Teacher at DeLaveaga, Soquel, and Main Street locations. A true Santa Cruz native, Travis was born and raised in the Seabright neighborhood, attending Gault Elementary, Branciforte Jr. High, and Harbor High.
Currently residing in the mountainous beauty of Boulder Creek for the past 6 years, Travis finds immense joy in the serene surroundings. Holding an Associates degree in Business from Cabrillo College (2018) and graduating from CSUMB in 2021 with a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies, emphasizing Early Childhood Education, Travis brings a well-rounded educational background to his role.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Travis is an artist and enjoys tinkering with classic European sports cars, particularly Porsches. Whether engaging in his hobbies or spending time with friends, family, and his cat Chip, Travis finds fulfillment in various aspects of life.
As he looks forward to another fantastic year at Main Street Elementary, Travis Skelton embodies a passion for education, artistic expression, and a love for his community.
