At CKC, we're excited to offer a fantastic Summer Day Camp Program tailored for children who have completed TK or Kindergarten through entering 6th grade. Below, you'll find everything you need to know about what makes our summer camp experience special.

What's CKC's Summer Day Camp Like?

We host our CKC Summer Day Camps at our elementary school sites, each providing age-appropriate activities for children entering kinder through 6th grade in the upcoming fall.

Our weekly schedule includes off-campus excursions, captivating on-site activities, and a variety of themed clubs. Expect a delightful mix of crafts, sports, music, dance, science all centered around our unique themes for each session.

Field trips will include visits to local parks, libraries, and nearby hiking trails. And the fun doesn't stop there! We've got additional surprises like face painting, a carnival with prizes, magicians, and much more in store!

2024 Summer Camp Schedule

  • VALENCIA Camp Schedule:

    • Duration: 3 weeks

    • Dates: June 11 to June 28 (Closed on June 19)

    • Operating Hours: 8 am to 5 pm

  • MAIN ST Camp Schedule:

    • Duration: 8 weeks

    • Dates: June 3 to August 2 (Closed on June 19, Week of July 1-5)

    • Operating Hours: 7:30 am to 5 pm

  • WESTLAKE Camp Schedule:

    • Duration: 4 weeks

    • Dates: July 8 to August 2

    • Operating Hours: 7:30 am to 5 pm

Tips & Tricks for the Best Camp Experience

  • Please pack a healthy lunch for your child daily, as we're unable to refrigerate or warm up food items. Morning and afternoon snacks are provided.

  • CKC is a NUT-FREE camp.

  • Apply sunscreen before sending your child to camp; we'll reapply during the day.

  • Make sure to pack a reusable water bottle labeled with your child's name.

  • Dress your child in layers, as summer weather can change suddenly.

  • Sign-in and out will be done through BrightWheel (you can download the app or use our tablets).

  • CKC staff will be easy to identify in CKC shirts, hats, or lanyards with our logo.

  • In case of illness, please be prepared to pick up your child within 30 minutes; they will be isolated until then.

  • Each child will have a "home base" room for belongings and activities but can use all our facilities throughout the day.

  • If your child's tuition has been covered by the ELO-Program during the school year, reach out to our accounting department to confirm summer tuition rates.
