Site Director - Serenity

Serenity has always held a strong passion for working with children, especially within early childhood education. She believes that the early years of a child’s life are foundational and deserve the most thoughtful, nurturing, and intentional care. Her dedication lies in creating safe, stimulating environments where young children can grow, explore, and thrive socially, emotionally, and developmentally.

Serenity brings eight years of experience teaching group swimming lessons, where she worked with children as young as six months old, including those with special needs. This role honed her ability to support children with diverse abilities, fostering confidence and growth through patient, individualized instruction. Her hands-on experience gave her a solid foundation in understanding developmental milestones and tailoring approaches to meet each child’s unique needs.

In addition to her work in aquatics, Serenity has gained valuable preschool classroom experience and has grown significantly in her role at Campus Kids Connection. She first began as a teacher, then advanced to lead teacher, followed by assistant director, and now proudly serves as director.

Serenity is currently pursuing a degree in Social Work, with a minor in Early Childhood Development. Her educational goals align with her lifelong commitment to helping children and families thrive. Above all, she is devoted to helping those little ones feel seen, supported, and empowered during the most important years of their development.
